"Solid North," Top Choice Party-list for 2025 Elections - Survey

The recently formed "Solid North" party-list has emerged as a leader among “Top Choice Party-lists” for the upcoming 2025 Midterm Elections.

In a October survey conducted by "Tangere" from the beginning of October, findings indicate that the Solid North Party-list is advancing and leading among voter support from 44 party-lists with a strong chance of winning a seat in the House of Representatives.

According to the survey, the Solid North Party-list secured one seat in the House, marking a significant milestone compared to veteran party-list groups such as ACT-CIS, 4Ps, and Ako Bicol. Also competing for a first seat are Agri, FPJ Panday Bayanihan, and Malasakit@Bayanihan.
The Tangere survey included a sample size of 2,400 respondents using a mobile-based app and a “stratified random sampling method”.

According to Solid North chairman and national president of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines, La Paz, Abra Mayor JB Bernos Ching Bernos, this survey result is a great honor and serves as an indication of mandate. If given the chance to serve in the legislature, he noted, they will commit wholeheartedly to public service.

The Solid North Party-list represents an estimated 15 provinces in northern Luzon, particularly in Regions 1, 2, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and three additional provinces, embodying the identity of "Timpuyog ti Amianan" or "Unity in the North."

The main goal of Solid North is to support that development projects in the northern part of the country are experienced and made tangible.
Tangere Chief Executive Officer Martin Peñaflor noted that the survey results reflect the strong interest of voters in party-list groups that are genuinely concerned with promoting the welfare of marginalized sectors, with emphasis on the needs of farmers and the agricultural community.
